  • Who is Brentwood?
    Brentwood is a corporation registered with the Philippines Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Chie and Luc Froelich run it, and they will do their best to make it easy for you to get into your new home.
  • How can I avail of this property?
    Call Chie at +63-917-306-8827 and make an appointment to visit the model unit. Chie will take care of the rest.
  • Is there a model unit I can visit?
    Yes, please call Chie to make an appointment: +63-917-306-8827
  • Can I afford this property?
    Yes, make a 20% downpayment of the total contract price and apply for the remaining 80% loan through our partner banks. We will assist in the documentation and loan application submission.
  • My income is not enough. Can I use your spouse or direct family member to be your co-borrower?
    He/she will have to submit necessary proof of income as well.
  • I am self-employed. Can I borrow from the bank?
    Yes, your company must be registered, be in operation for (3) three years, and have filed your income tax return (ITR).
  • How much can I borrow from the bank?
    Generally, your monthly payments to the bank cannot exceed 30% of your combined household income. For example, if your household income is ₱100,000, your monthly payments should not exceed ₱30,000.
  • How long do I have to pay the downpayment?
    Usually, you have 10-12 months maximum to pay the 20% of the total contract price downpayment.
  • What is the reservation fee?
    The reservation fee is ₱30,000, which is part of the downpayment.
  • I don't have a bank account. Can you assist?
    Yes, we will introduce you to our banking partners and assist you in opening a checking account.
  • When can I move into my new home?
    You can move in once the downpayment is fully paid and the remaining loan has been issued and paid to Brentwood Properties, Inc.
  • I am working overseas. How can I avail?
    Yes, you can purchase a property from overseas. We will guide you every step of the way.
  • Do all units have a covered carport for a mid-sized sedan?
    Yes, all units have a covered carport for a mid-sized sedan.
  • Can I paint my house pink?
    No, you cannot alter the outside color scheme of the unit.
  • Who will take care of the title transfer?
    All our properties are titled. Our appointed coordinator can handle all processing and transfer of title. The timeframe is usually 2-3 weeks.
